We are currently assisting a leading law firm in London who are looking for a motivated Legal Assistant to join their team permanently.

Within this role, you will receive the highest quality of training to help you become a confident Legal Assistant within IP. You’ll be involved in lots of different tasks including:
• Handling client queries effectively.
• Obtaining important signatures or documents for case files.
• Prioritising deadlines.
• Managing client records within the firm’s DMS.
• Drafting / editing specifications.
• Preparing accurate and high standard correspondence.

What are the requirements for this role? To be successful, you’ll need experience working within a legal / professional services environment and a desire to transfer your skills into an IP environment.
