Salary: £52,000 - £55,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Do you possess strong background in data-driven decision-making, with experience presenting complex data and recommendations at Senior Management and Board level?
TPP are recruiting a Head of Quality, Risk and Control on behalf of our client, an international charity focused on supporting people facing severe health issues.

The Role:
As the Head of Quality, Risk and Control, you will join the senior management team and ensure the organisation operates at the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, driving continuous improvement and minimising risks. Your strategic mindset and strong analytical skills will enable you to make a meaningful impact on the organisation's mission to save lives.
Main responsibilities:
• Quality Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that meets or exceeds industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making, ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
• Data Integrity: Establish robust systems for the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data to support informed decision-making.
• Risk Management: Implement a comprehensive risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across all functions of the organisation.
• Leadership & Compliance: Confidently present quality and performance data to the Senior Leadership Team, driving policy development and promoting compliance with all relevant regulations.
Essential requirements:
• Substantial experience in Quality and Risk management
• A background in business management, data analysis, science, or a related field.
• Experience in building and implementing QMS from the ground up.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations, including GDPR.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally for training and meetings as required.
• Auditing experience.
