Great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join this busy live events production company to support the day to day running of projects!
The company
This full service production and AV company provide a range of services to their clients including audio, video and scenic build for both corporate and private clients. With a warehouse and workshop they deliver bespoke live event production and scenic solutions to a wide range of prestige live events across the UK! With a close knit team and relaxed working environment this is a great company to be a part of.
The Role
A lovely opportunity has arisen for a motivated Operations Manager to join their busy team. The role will coordinate internal departments, book crew and travel logistics, and ensure the smooth running of projects. Working closely with the warehouse, scenic workshop and on-site teams the Ops Manager will ensure that each project is... correctly resourced and set up for success. Looking at improvements and operational processes will also be key.
About you
We are seeking an ideal background in audio visual production (light, sound, video, live events) and an understanding of key project time pressures and meeting deadlines. Experience in resourcing projects both internally and with freelance crew is key and you must be able to think on your feet and stay calm in pressurised / time critical situations. Experience in health and safety policies will be an added advantage for this role
