Boden Group is excited to recruit an Assistant Facilities Coordinator for a FTSE 250 listed Real Estate business in London. The company manages, develops, and occupies commercial business spaces across London, totaling 4.7 million sq. ft. The role will be client-side (in-house) and located in London. The salary range is £40,000 - £45,000pa with fantastic benefits.
Role Overview: Join the dynamic Facilities Management team to maintain the highest standards of facilities management and customer care. The Assistant Facilities Coordinator will work alongside the Facilities Managers to ensure the properties are clean, safe, and operational, while delivering exceptional service to customers.
• Assist in managing building maintenance, security, and health & safety.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure high standards and compliance.
• Provide holiday and sickness cover for the FM.
• Maintain excellent customer service and manage service providers.
• Ensure compliance with statutory tasks and... health & safety procedures.
What We're Looking For:
• Relevant FM experience and strong IT literacy.
• Knowledge of building engineering systems and budget management.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• IOSH as a minimum.
