We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and a friendly demeanour to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Responsibilities*
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage appointments and bookings
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
• Experience*
The successful candidate should possess:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficiency in typing and computerised systems
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
