A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious receptionist, office assistant to join an exciting investment company located in the West End. An all encompassing role, based FoH, where you will provide 1st class support, acting as an ambassador for the company being the first face they see.
Along with reception duties, meeting and greeting, preparing meeting rooms, handling calls and post, you will also provide office management support, ensuring the office is supplied will everything required to function properly - ensuring a positive working environment. You will also be required to assist with wider office support, perhaps organising travel, processing expenses, acting as the go to person, taking on overflow support from the senior EAs.
Very much a collaborative working environment working within a small supportive 'admin' team.
The successful person will have a min of 6-12m corporate office based experience, gained from fast paced 'boutique/investment' style companies.
Tech savvy, a... fast learner - a strong communicator, highly presentable, someone ambitious, engaging, charming, a genuine team player and a fast learner.
5 days in, hours 9-6pm
