Salary:

The Group has been involved in projects as exceptional as the Chateau de Versailles in France, the White House Oval Office in Washington, Matarazzo in Brazil, Hotel Peninsula in Paris & London, the Eiffel Tower and many Private Residences.
Location:
On site, Kensington W8, London.
Start date: ASAP.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
We are seeking for a proactive Receptionist and Office Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, supporting team members with travel arrangements, project assistance, and general administrative tasks. The ideal... candidate will be responsible for reception duties, managing office supplies, and handling facility-related issues. Additionally, the role involves overseeing certain IT functions, cost control duties, and the management of specific systems and applications.
Principal activities:
• Reception Duties: Welcome and assist visitors, manage & ensure a professional front-office environment.
• Meeting Coordination: Assist with setting up meeting, preparing materials, and offering hospitality to visitors.
• Office Supplies & Facility Management: Maintain and order office supplies, handle facility-related issues, and ensure the office operates efficiently.
• Travel Coordination: assist with travel arrangements for team members (excluding executives), including transportation and accommodations.
• Project Assistance: Support with hands-on project tasks, document preparation, and general project management assistance as needed.
• Software Management: Oversee the use and management of key office software.
• Certification & Compliance Management: Handle the application process and timely renewal of staff certifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Office Cost Control: Assist with cost control duties ensuring proper budgeting and expense tracking.
• IT Oversight: Manage basic IT needs and coordinating with IT team to ensure smooth onboarding and prevent potential IT issues.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in office administration or as a receptionist.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• passion to multitask and ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
