Job Descrption
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR activities, including onboarding, leave management, TUPE processes, termination advice, benefits administration, employee queries, and more. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and strong communication skills to interact with employees and other stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with SAP or similar HR systems.
• Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

· Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
