Location: London (Areas: Ealing, Camden)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Company Car or Allowance
Start Date: Immediate (Permanent role)
Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to elevate your career into a more strategic role? Londinium is recruiting a dedicated Contracts Manager for a well-established client specializing in minor works ranging from £5,000 to £200,000. With a project scope that includes school refurbishments, office fit-outs, and more, this role offers you the chance to take charge of diverse, small-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and manage resources effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Create and review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
• Provide technical solutions and... support where required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Self-motivated with excellent technical knowledge, ideally transitioning from hands-on site management to a strategic role.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in managing RAMS and spreadsheets.
• Previous experience in construction management, particularly in refurbishment and educational settings, will be highly regarded.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Significant experience in a similar role.
• A background in construction management or related field.
