Job Description

Portico are on the lookout for a Receptionist (Lifestyle Team Member) to join our team based at a ultra-high end residential project in the heart of Chelsea.

The main function of the lifestyle team member will be to provide exceptional and bespoke customer service for all the residents. The successful candidate will cover the front desk whilst providing information and assistance with any resident requests.

The residents’ requests will certainly vary, keeping even the most experienced receptionist on their toes! Shopping, chauffeur service, flower arrangements, private jet... charter, laundry services, theatre tickets, planning and booking business trips or holidays. The lifestyle team member will be able to handle any task that is thrown at them with aplomb, anticipating, meeting, and exceeding the resident’s needs and requirements.

The successful candidate will also be a great multitasker, balancing the needs of the residents with handling telephone calls, managing post and parcels, handling residents shopping and baggage and taking ownership for the health and safety, and security aspects of the building.

Hours: 48hrs per week with shifts from 07:00 - 19:00, 4 days on and 3 days off

Salary: £32,822 per annum

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, outstanding organisation skills, good attention to detail and above all, be passionate about providing an extremely high level of service.

Applicants must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding 5-star reception services within either a high-end hotel or residential environment.
