Here at PB Lettings we are currently looking to hire a home based and part-time Admin Assistant.
The role:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the organisation
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
Desired:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
