Role Description
We are looking for a full-time office coordinator who enjoys getting stuck in and can handle the administrative tasks that help keep The Kemist running. You'll be responsible for administrative tasks such as maintaining office equipment, ordering and maintaining office supplies, monthly stock takes and being our client's first point of contact.
No job is too small; one day, you'll pack orders, the other arranging shipments and preparing for photo shoots.
As we are an online company, you will be our customers' first point of contact; therefore, strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with excellent spelling, grammar and email/phone etiquette, are essential.
Because of the role, we would like you to be familiar with working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and keeping everything in check when things get busy.
Your daily duties include
• Answering all customer enquiries via... telephone, email and social media channels
• Processing and managing orders
• Logging returned items in compliance with our company policy
Qualifications
• Experience in managing office operations
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
