Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining old customers assigned by the company, understanding customer needs, promptly handling customer inquiries, translating technical materials, preparing quotations, participating in business negotiations, signing contracts; receiving orders, placing production orders, tracking and feedback on order progress in a timely manner, and tracking shipments. The entire business maintenance process includes purchase, payment recovery, and after-sales service.
• Daily trade cooperation docking, quarterly customer satisfaction survey, customer service satisfaction improvement implementation. Order progress is updated in real time, and abnormal orders are processed with timely feedback.
• Maintenance of old customers, in-depth development and exploration to... promote new projects.
• In charge of internal follow-up work of docking business. Provide timely feedback on order progress to the business, and coordinate and communicate abnormal order production plans with PMC.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and salesmen.
• Participate in the company’s performance appraisal and complete the performance goals set by the company.
• Improve your business skills, learn basic technical knowledge of machining, accumulate industry professional terminology, improve your oral communication skills, and formulate self-improvement and work development plans every month.
Job Requirements
• College degree or above, able to communicate fluently in English, including but not limited to meeting and communicating with foreign customers, telephone communication & video conference.
• Able to handle abnormal order issues independently and maintain good communication with various departments. Good coordination and response capabilities are required.
• Have high execution ability, obedience, professionalism and team spirit, follow the company’s business performance appraisal system, and actively complete the sales targets set by the company.
• Have good business negotiation skills, business sense, strong public relations awareness, and divergent thinking.
• Priority will be given to those with experience in hardware or mold and other related industries. Applicants with good oral English and no foreign trade experience may be considered.
Skill & Experience
• You have at least 3 years of experience in order mining.
• You have some previous experience working in an agile environment – think two-week sprints.
• You are familiar with using Excel and ERP in your workflow.
