Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

We are currently seeking a dynamic and flexible Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our client, a leading law firm based in Bromley. This is an exciting role for someone looking to grow within a company that values the development and well-being of its staff.
As the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, file management, and reception duties. Your role will involve supporting lawyers, legal assistants, and other support teams with day-to-day operations. This includes managing file systems, handling client documents, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Key responsibilities for the role of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist include:
• Perform administrative duties such as file opening, copying, scanning, and shredding.
• Manage file systems, including creating, maintaining, and archiving client files.
• Assist with... document management on the practice management system.
• Participate in reception cover, greeting clients professionally and ensuring meetings are set up smoothly.
• Handle enquiries and provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all workspaces are maintained in an orderly manner and adhere to file housekeeping procedures.
• Setting up meeting rooms and refreshments as well as assisting on events
