Your new role, what's involved?
• Ensuring the effective administration of the Facilities Management (FM) / Master Services Agreement (MSA) Projects, arranging company invoicing and ensuring time and expenses are being recharged as appropriate;
• Providing project coordination, document control and diary management across the projects;
• Setting up and... maintaining all project schedules and reporting templates for the projects;
• Supporting the management and operational team with various workflows e.g. tracking and chasing actions, processing Reviewable Design Data submissions, invoicing and compiling board and other management reports;
• Providing administration support to the team; maintaining the projects data platforms and the management of email traffic;
• Compiling information for reporting documents;
• Project Site contract compliance visits where required, monitoring and reporting.
We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have
• Background in general administration;
• Project coordination within a construction or operations projects;
• Document control and maintenance of information;
• An understanding of contract administration; analysing data, producing reports/spreadsheets;
• A highly organised and able to maintain a high degree of integrity and confidence;
• Proactively support activities and progress / chase information
