Architect/Interior Architect x 2 - High end residential for boutique studio
Central London
£38,000 - £50,000

We are excited to represent a highly bespoke and design-focused interior architecture practice based in London, specializing in high-end private residential projects. This firm operates at the pinnacle of the market, serving a discerning clientele in both the UK and internationally. With a personalised approach at its core, each project is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the unique architectural context and the individual needs of the client. Originality and creativity are integral to every aspect of their work.

Their reputation is built on a design philosophy that strikes the perfect balance between... creativity, functionality, and tailored details. By focusing on highly customised solutions, they ensure that each project is a one-of-a-kind reflection of the building's environment and the client's vision, moving away from a standardised “house style” approach.

Client collaboration is central to their process, fostering open communication from start to finish. Their holistic approach integrates architecture and interior design seamlessly, creating spaces where every detail complements the overall structure.

The studio’s design ethos leans toward simplicity and minimalism, characterised by clean lines and uncluttered spaces. They prioritise essential elements, steering clear of unnecessary embellishments, and often incorporate natural materials such as wood, stone, and metal. This creates warm, inviting spaces with a strong connection to nature.

As a creative studio, they handle projects from the initial brief to a highly detailed stage 3, then take on a design guardian role to ensure consistency through to project completion.

The team, though small, works in an exceptionally collaborative environment. Architects and interior designers are involved from the outset of every project to ensure a holistic approach. Their portfolio grows primarily through word-of-mouth and repeat business from high net-worth clients. They are now looking to expand the team to around 12-15 people in the near future.

We are seeking:
• Highly creative architects and designers who can demonstrate a unique point of view and a well-considered design process in their portfolio
• Beautifully executed portfolios showcasing tailored, thoughtful design
• Strong all-around skill set, including technical, design, and FF&E expertise
• Ability to work independently within a small, collaborative team
• Experience with AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or similar software (training available if needed)
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

They offer 25 days of holiday, pension, healthcare, and other benefits. The studio embraces flexibility, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home; however, most designers enjoy the collaborative office environment.

The salary range is broad to ensure the right person is found, not just to fill a vacancy, but to find someone who aligns with the team on all levels.
