Commericals Producer | Short Form and Commericals at Blue Zoo Animation Studio

Job Descrption
We are currently hiring a Commercials Producer to join our Short Form & Advertising department in the studio. The successful candidate must show enthusiasm, willingness to learn, very strong communication skills, as well as a flair for organisation and a passion for animation production in all its forms. All whilst maintaining a cool head in a fast paced and very busy studio.
Day To Day
• Communicate clearly and regularly between the Production Team and the clients.
• Help to plan and troubleshoot the pipeline for multiple short-form productions.
• Plan with the available resources to optimise the efficiency of each project, in line with the schedule and budget.
• Be across the productions as a whole as well as individual artists.
• Ensuring the team are working towards the various goals and deadlines needed.
• Managing assets and final delivery to our clients.
• Collate and manage marketing materials for each project.
About You
Must Have:
• Excellent organisational... and communication skills.
• Confident in motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm whilst working to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrable Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience of working with Production Management Software. (e.g. Shotgun or FTrack.)
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
• Self-motivated and highly organised.
• Able to work collaboratively, as well as independently.
• Have an appreciation of accuracy and pay close attention to detail.
• Be able to deliver on schedule, working calmly and efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in scheduling and managing animation teams across multiple departments.
Bonus Points
• Experience working with Shotgun production tracking software.
• Experience working in 3D Animation Production Management.
