Confirmed experience in producing multiple high-end feature films
Confirmed experience in effects production such as smoke, fire, clouds, water, steam, and explosions, as well... as particle and voxel-based rendering.
Attention to detail, good sense of timing, and deep understanding of techniques and technologies related to physical simulation in computer graphics.
Experience in special effects for animated feature films
Knowledge of at least one node-based compositing application (preferably Nuke) and a solid understanding of the compositing process.
Assets
Experience in other areas of visual effects (film, television, games) will also be considered.
Strong general TD training
Knowledge of Maya, Python, Hscript, or Mel
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix-based operating systems
Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and techniques, including proprietary software.
