Atelier London Ltd is a luxury soft-furnishing & joinery manufacturer catering to leading interior designers and architects worldwide. Within our workshop we house a team of skilled departments specialising in carpentry, lacquer, joinery, upholstery, and fabric cutting and sewing.

Job Summary

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an exceptionally skilled and experienced upholsterer to join our busy West London Workshops.

You must be experienced in upholstering high end luxury furniture, confident in working on contemporary upholstered furniture, whilst having a keen eye for detail.

Candidate Responsibilities and Duties:

- In a typical week you will work on a range of upholstery furniture projects from, deep buttoned sofas, applying studs to fully upholstered headboards and various other bespoke... soft furnishing products.

- Working specifications from the Production department.

- Collaborating with team members, other departments and team leaders involved in the production process.

- Ensuring attention to detail and quality is maintained at all times.- Maintaining exceptionally high standards, with individual quality checks on all items.

- Completing work sheets and digital work register.

- Some manual handling of products as part of the process.

Candidate Skills and Experience required:

- Must have strong experience of high end and luxury upholstered furniture

- Knowledge of hand stitching.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, or within a team to meet deadlines.

- Reliable and professional.
