As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with employees and managers globally to optimize our talent acquisition processes and deliver results. Day to day, you’ll manage many aspects of the recruitment and new hire onboarding life cycles including: scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, structuring offers of employment, leading the background check process and initiating and managing the new hire onboarding activities.
What you’ll do in this role:
Interface with candidates, co-workers, hiring managers, and third-party vendors to schedule and manage candidate interviews
Monitor interview and requisition processes in our recruiting system (Greenhouse) and HR system (Workday)
Draft and execute employment agreements and supporting documentation
Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates and book with the travel team; process candidate expense reports as needed
Initiate and monitor background check process
Process and distribute new hire paperwork
Initiate and monitor new employee onboarding process in ServiceNow; identify opportunities for improvement and automation and implement those changes
Act as the liaison between both technical and non-technical teams during the employee onboarding process
Generate and audit various recruiting and employee activity/status reports
Handle a variety of HR, TA, and other People Operations projects
You will be right at home if you:
Have worked in a TA, HR, or Operations environment, or similar in the past
Have excellent organization skills and a meticulous attention to detail
Work with a high sense of urgency and consistently aim to deliver high quality work
Are comfortable keeping others on task and owning processes
Are a tenacious problem solver who can effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Have a strong customer support orientation
Take a flexible approach and are willing to constantly adapt in an ever-changing environment
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships
Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel; previous recruiting system/ATS experience is a plus; experience with Greenhouse, Workday and/or ServiceNow preferred (but not required)
