The MML Systems & Reporting team is part of the International Music & Media Licensing team (MML) and is dedicated to supporting all music-related systems and reporting. We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Music Systems & Reporting Analyst to join our team.

Skills
• 2+ years of experience in Music Royalties/Reporting, TV/Streaming Platforms, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Excellent organizational skills with time management
• Knowledge/experience of cue sheets, royalty reporting, and collecting societies
• Aptitude for logical thinking and creative problem-solving
Responsibilities
• Handle account set-ups for the internal music cue sheet system and Paramount Music Library
• Ensure accuracy of data across all internal systems and tracking documents
• Assist in the preparation of analytical reports for CMO, label, and publisher deal negotiations
• Deliver music reporting to CMOs as required
• Keep training materials up to date and distribute accordingly
• Support the development and improvement of music systems and reporting tools
• Assist in redlining reporting terms in CMO deal negotiations
Qualifications
• Strong background in music systems and reporting
• Experience in data analytics or a related field
• Familiarity with database management and electronic data exchange
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Education Requirements Credential Category
• Degree in Music Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
Experience Requirements
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Music Reporting or Data Analysis
• Proven experience working with music industry systems and processes
