Truefitt & Hill is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Videographer/Photographer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly capable individual with a passion for visual storytelling to contribute to a luxury brand with a rich heritage. The ideal candidate will have a mix of photography and videography experience and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Salary: £24k per annum

Responsibilities

Content Creation:
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for use across the Company’s digital channels, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging visual content that aligns with the Truefitt & Hill brand image and values.
• Assist in the post-production process, including editing, colour correction, and final... touches on photos and videos.
• This will include lifestyle imagery for campaigns as well as product imagery for the Company’s website.

Campaign Support:
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to support visual content needs for specific campaigns.
• Attend product shoots, events, and other marketing activities to capture dynamic visuals.

Brand Development:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and enhance the visual consistency of Truefitt & Hill’s luxury grooming brand.
• Experiment with new visual techniques and styles to help evolve the brand’s content.

Studio & Equipment Management:
• Set up and operate camera equipment, lighting, and other tools necessary for capturing high-quality content.
• Ensure proper care, organization, and maintenance of all photography and videography equipment.

Learning & Growth:
• Stay up to date with industry trends in photography, videography, and digital marketing.
• Be open to feedback and eager to learn new techniques to enhance your skills and grow within the brand.

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in videography and photography, with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
• Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and audio for both photography and videography.
• Basic editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, or Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for composition and aesthetics.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
