Renewables Asset Management Director

We are seeking a Director of Asset Management for a prominent consultancy within the renewable energy sector. This role will focus on overseeing and expanding the asset management business, specifically in the areas of PV and EV infrastructure across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Asset Management team, ensuring peak performance of renewable assets (PV, EV).
• Manage the business unit's P&L, with a focus on driving growth in the UK and Europe.
• Create and present proposals to acquire new business opportunities and enhance client relationships.
• Ensure assets meet performance targets and spearhead quality control, compliance, and risk management.
• Cultivate and oversee client relationships and supply chains.

Key Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in managing renewable energy assets (PV, EV, BESS) or relevant experience in HVAC and building controls.
• Strong business acumen with a background in overseeing both... technical and financial performance of assets.
• Experience in team leadership and management.
• Proficiency with asset management software.

Desirable:
• Familiarity with European markets.
• Experience with SCADA systems and smart grids.
• Industry network and fluency in European languages
