Job Summary
Role: Lease Advisory - Retail Partner / Associate Partner
Location: London
Macdonald & Company are delighted to have been retained by Harvey Spack Field on this fantastic opportunity.
The Company:
Established in 1979, Harvey Spack Field are retail specialists with a profound understanding of the out-of-town retail market and have been at the forefront of for over 35 years.
They are retained on behalf of a wide range of institutional funds, property companies, national occupiers and private individuals on both ‘out of town’ and large ‘in town’ retail space. They are made up of 7 surveyors in a close-knit team, offering high quality technical advice with specialist knowledge in the out-of-town retail sector.
The Role:
A key focus will be implementing value added asset management strategies for both landlord and occupier clients, through undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals... lease restructures and investment purchase ERV advice.
