Key Responsibilities
• Will join the European team, based in London with travel
• Report into group's CIO
• Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing real estate investment opportunities, as well as leading deal teams and contributing to the firm’s strategic direction.
• Oversee the underwriting, financial modelling, and valuation analysis of potential investments.
• Conduct in-depth due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, and risk assessment.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations and proposals to the IC
• Lead negotiations and structuring of complex real estate transactions.
• Manage the entire investment process, from initial screening to closing.
• Offer insight and ideas regarding potential investments, creative transaction structures and deal terms that help lead to successful... transactions.
Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Proven real estate buy-side experience from leading PERE or opportunistic real estate investor
• Circa 10-12years’ relevant real estate investment/acquisitions experience
• Looking for candidates with proven Pan European experience across multiple geographies including the UK, Western Europe, the Nordics or Southern Europe
• Broad real estate experience including a wide range of sectors including logistics, residential and office
• Ideally have opportunistic /value-add experience
• Proven deal origination experience
• Exceptional quantitative underwriting, modelling, MS Excel skills required
• Fluent English – 2nd European Language a benefit
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial private equity environment,
• Highly motivated self-starter with well-developed personal and client management skills.
• Experienced with management skills with demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members
