This Central London based property company are seeking a Residential Property Manager to work with a small team that are jointly responsible for a portfolio across the West End. The position offers hybrid working and you will also be expected to travel across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Senior Asset Manager in all areas of managing the core residential portfolio, which consists of approximately 600 Assured Shorthold Tenancies, as well as long lease and statutory tenant portfolios.
• Conduct property inspections to address concerns such as disputes and repair issues and assist in providing recommendations for resolving these matters.
• Handle property management tasks, including responding to tenant inquiries, coordinating repair resolutions with internal teams like facilities and building surveyors, assisting with escalated rent arrears cases, and working alongside solicitors on tenancy breaches.
Requirements:
• At least 12 months of experience in residential... property management.
• Strong knowledge of legislation related to Assured Shorthold Tenancies, including the Housing Act.
• Solid understanding of residential property management practices, including Health & Safety regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage workload effectively.
• Keen attention to detail, especially when overseeing compliance and regulatory matters.
• Capable of resolving queries or issues with positive outcomes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
