We are seeking a passionate and experienced qualitative strategy director to lead and manage innovative projects that drive brand strategies, enhance category performance, and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage behavioral science-driven projects to drive strategic brand insights.
• Apply behavioral science principles to enhance service offerings and product development.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members, guiding their professional growth.
• Deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders, managing projects from inception to completion.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Familiarity with behavioral science frameworks (advantageous, not needed).
• At least 5 years of commercial experience with a strong qualitative research... background.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven industry experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
