We are seeking a Painter to join our team in London, who specialise in building maintenance within commercial & residential properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced painter and decorator.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Painting and decorating works
- Preparation of surfaces
- Material Selection
- Installation of carpet tiles
- Installation of stair nosing’s
- Assisting other trades and gaining skill training
- Procurement of... materials and equipment to carry out works.
- Completion of work sheets via our mobile app
Experience and qualifications required:
- A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.
- Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.
- A HSE understanding
- Full UK Driver’s License (not essential)
- Previous use of handheld technology / smartphone
- Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard
- A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the building industry
- City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent
Job Type: Permanent and Full time
Working Hours:
8:30 – 17:30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Monday to Friday
Self-employed £15-£17ph
Salary employed: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
