About the Team... 

This is a pivotal time for the marketing team at Permutive. We’re purposefully expanding the team, with the ambitious goal of achieving significant growth and cementing our market-leading position. We are a small but mighty team of believers, and we are serious about evolving our function. To achieve this, we’re looking for individuals with specific expertise, and this is one of the key roles for our evolution. 

Operating at pace, our team tests, iterates, and adjusts, freely sharing our learnings. With a clear vision of excellence, we possess the know-how to deliver real value to the business. We now need more experts to join us!

What you’ll be doing... 

  • Build and grow a Product Marketing function in a fast-growth B2B SaaS environment. 
  • Act as the conduit between Marketing and Product & Sales teams, and delivering a full scope Product Marketing service.
  • Work cross-functionally to create high-quality, compelling, and unique product content for multiple channels, and audiences.
  • Own key messaging and value propositions which align with market needs, and create marketing programmes for various funnel stages.
  • Be customer-obsessed and represent their voice internally, tracking behavioral trends and creating innovative outcomes.
  • Be immersed in the competitive landscape, and establish key differentiators for all channels.
  • Data-driven, with a grounding in research, and a desire to experiment and evolve.
  • You’ll be a builder; of content, strategy, process, feedback loops, and teams.

What you’ll need...

  • You are a proven and successful Product Marketer from a B2B SaaS background.
  • Demonstrate dedication to unearthing a compelling and unique value proposition.
  • A passion for storytelling, plus creating and curating a wide variety of content types.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple audiences.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and customer advocacy.
  • Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-functional capacity.
  • Exceptional project management skills, and experience in handling multiple projects, end-to-end. 
  • A curious mind, and a growth mindset. 
  • Metrics-driven with an analytical mindset. 
  • A bias for action, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous change.
  • A competitive spirit, and a history of helping businesses reach ambitious targets. 

We’ll be excited if you also have… 

  • A history of working with Partners on joint value messaging
  • Experience in growing business in the US.

What we are offering...

We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on marketing information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability assessed through our interview process. For a typical candidate who meets our requirements, we pay a base salary between £75,000 and £85,000 with a 10% performance-based bonus.
