This is a chance to join a dedicated team as a Nursery Room Leader and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our little learners at a great setting in Brentford, London.
This nursery is a short walk from the overland station and is served well by local bus routes. They have great facilities including outdoor space and offer lots of extra-curricular activities including languages and music. Having specific areas for babies, toddlers and preschool children allows them to focus on the individual needs of the children and place them in an environment which will allow them to flourish. The nursery offers the highest quality childcare from 3 months to 5 years with a nurturing and stimulating environment from a purpose-built setting, with on-site chefs preparing healthy seasonal menus.
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will set the tone for the... team within the room, and lead by example in everything they do. As Nursery Room Leader, you’ll help your team achieve their potential in their roles as they help every child achieve theirs. You will be team player with a passion for coaching and mentoring, who can ensure that each child is nurtured by igniting their imaginations, encouraging them to think creatively, and making the most of their time in nursery.

Responsibilities
• Provide professional and relevant feedback to parents and carers
• Promote high standards of quality in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
• Embed and support others in delivering, the curriculum and learning experiences
• Ensure that children are kept safe and follow Safeguarding Procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Previous experience of working in a day care nursery
• Previous management or team leadership experience
• Minimum recognised childcare qualification at Level 3
• Ability to work harmoniously within a friendly, collaborative team
