A client of ours - a new casual Lebanese bakery located in Victoria - is looking for an Assistant Baker. By honouring the culinary street food heritage, they blend in modern flavours and invite different cultures to partake in what Beirut streets have always loved.

You will support the baking operations and a team of Kitchen Assistants, ensuring the daily production of high-quality baked goods and other recipes.

Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of the baking process while ensuring consistent quality and adherence to established recipes and techniques

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
