(PM301) Technical Lead: Traffic & Highways

Job title: Technical Lead - Traffic + Highways
Location: London

Job Summary:
Our Client is currently seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join their Traffic & Highways Consultancy division. The role is full-time, permanent and offers a competitive salary (up to £80K + bonus) and a wide range of benefits.

As our Technical Lead, you will be the main point of contact for the Consultancy division.

Duties of the Technical Lead include:
• Representing the team at regular contract meetings.
• Working with operational divisions to ensure continuity and high standards of schemes from design to delivery.
• Overseeing the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme.
• Assisting Team Leaders with workload/resource planning.
• Providing technical support, including reviewing and approving design drawings.

Skills and Experience Required:
We are ideally looking for a Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer with significant experience in highway... engineering and urban design within a consultancy environment. Experience working closely with clients and contractors to build teams is essential. Familiarity with local government and private sector clients, as well as a good working knowledge of different contract types including NEC3, is also required.
