To support our journey, we are looking for a Senior Piping and Layout Engineer to join the team in our prestigious offices in West London.
You will be part of a team that provides broad multi-faceted advice to our customers, addressing both commercial and technical risks in the evolving energy mix. Our team is at the forefront of driving a just and orderly energy transition, leveraging our execution experience to meet unprecedented demand in this developing market.
What will you be doing?
As a Key Member Of The Team, You Will
• Develop innovative concepts and pre-FEED designs for a variety of installations, with a primary focus on the renewable energy sector
• Create comprehensive piping and layout designs that integrate seamlessly with other disciplines, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency
• Contribute to topsides design, considering crucial aspects such as safety, operations, maintenance, process, electrical, and piping systems
• Apply your expertise to offshore, onshore, and brownfield projects, tackling diverse engineering challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective design solutions
• Lead client reviews, presenting design concepts and gathering valuable feedback to refine project outcomes
• Utilize advanced design tools such as E3D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to bring your innovative concepts to life
• Leverage your experience in renewable energy projects to drive sustainable solutions and accelerate the energy transition
What Expertise You Will Bring To The Team
• Proven experience in topsides design, demonstrating a holistic approach that considers multiple aspects of engineering and operations
• A track record of successful offshore, onshore, and brownfield project designs
• Expertise in the early stages of projects, with the ability to shape concepts and pre-FEED designs
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across disciplines and confident leadership in client reviews
• Proficiency in using E3D, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Valuable experience in renewable energy projects, positioning you at the forefront of the energy transition
