Skills
• Professional qualification in project management, quantity surveying, and/or an engineering discipline
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Competence in stakeholder management, risk, planning/scheduling, and commercial management
• Ability to work independently and lead project teams in a multi-disciplinary environment
Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and drive efficiencies throughout project execution
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
• Organize and chair professional client meetings
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects with values from £1m to £15m
• Manage project change effectively
• Deliver projects within agreed commercial fee arrangements
• Undertake contract management and administration
• Mentor Assistant or Graduate/Undergraduate PMs
Qualifications
• Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths (STEM) or similar disciplines
• Membership of professional institutions such as APM, PMI, MRICS, or MICE
• Background in water, linear infrastructure, and/or environmental projects beneficial
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Education Requirements Credential Category
• Professional qualification in project management or engineering discipline
Experience Requirements
• Previous experience in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering
• Experience in leading and administering NEC Contracts is preferred
