Healthcare Projects Director - Remote with regular UK travel

As a Healthcare Projects Director, you'll play a pivotal role in leading project delivery across our identified PFI Healthcare accounts. Your responsibilities will span from managing project teams and contracts through to driving and championing growth and change both within the team and client.

Here's what you'll be doing:
• You'll oversee project delivery across our Healthcare accounts, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional outcomes. Your experience in project management will be invaluable as you guide... our teams toward success.
• You'll lead and motivate our Account project delivery leads, setting annual targets, supporting career development, and planning for succession with your ability to manage both direct and matrix teams will be crucial in achieving our goals.
• You'll collaborate closely with Mitie Account leadership, NHS trusts, and Project Co to develop exemplar relationships. Your depth of customer relationship management will drive our success.
• You'll establish robust project delivery processes across all accounts, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Attention to detail and process orientation will be key in maintaining high standards.
• Leveraging existing pipeline trackers, you'll identify growth opportunities across our Healthcare accounts. Your multi-tasking abilities will come into play as you drive delivery versus targets and resolve roadblocks.
• Maintaining a shadow P&L for projects, you'll drive growth through exemplary service delivery. Your strategic mindset will help identify cross-selling opportunities within the Mitie platform.
• You'll utilise our PCoE and Corporate Platform for support, establishing terms of engagement and leveraging best practices. Strengthening supply chain relationships and implementing lifecycle best practices will be part of your role.
• Championing the use of internal Mitie delivery partners, you'll manage account-level risk registers. Your contribution to internal trading agreements will enhance our commercial success.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned project professional with a proven track record working within Healthcare and with PFI contracts. We are looking for an inspirational leader with a keen eye for detail who is comfortable working in a changing environment at pace whist remaining process driven. Previous experience of leading large teams both direct and matrix is essential.

As the role is UK Wide, there is a large amount of travel involved and you must hold a Full UK Driving License.
