Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tyre Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of tyres, ensuring that vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
Responsibilities
• Perform tyre installations, rotations, and repairs using hand tools and power tools.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tyres to identify wear patterns and potential issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist customers with tyre selection and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Lift heavy tyres and equipment as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and maintain inventory of tyre stock.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer... satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in tyre fitting or automotive repair preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed, demonstrating physical stamina.
• A valid driving license is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to tyre maintenance.

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,540.00 per year
