Mechanical Project Manager...Croydon...£70,000

As a Mechanical project Manager you will be looking after Projects Nationwide!

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 is on offer for a Mechanical Project Manager local to the Croydon area. You will be joining an established M&E Contractor which has built up a formidable reputation cross the South East.

As a Mechanical Project Manager you will be managing multiple projects at once ranging from £50,000 - £2 Million. – You will need a Mechanical Installation background as you will managing multiple Mechanical Installation projects.

Responsibilities / Experience Needed

· Managing multiple Mechanical Projects ranging from £200,000 - £2 Million.

· Highly competent with Cost management

· Organizing labour

· Managing people on site

· Managing Clients

· Maintaining and building relationships with existing and new clients

· Regular onsite reviews

· Mechanical Qualifications

· Full UK Driving License

· Willing to travel
