Job Descrption
This job opportunity is for a Facilities Management Electrical Manager in a hospital setting, located in Central London. The position offers a salary between £70,000 - £75,000 and requires experience in managing Hard FM Services and maintaining Electrical Services.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage an electrical team to provide round-the-clock service, ensuring patient safety and optimal staff working conditions.
• Oversee the operations of services for a hospital catering to outpatients per day and including departments such as A&E, maternity, NICU, oncology, and general surgery.
• Manage the delivery and quality control of the electrical services contract, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
• Handle financial forecasting, reporting, cost management, and profit analysis.
• Ensure adherence to relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Build and manage relationships with the NHS Trust and other stakeholders to ensure... service excellence.
• Drive sales with existing and new customers while ensuring compliance with performance targets.
• Maintain accurate business information, lead updates, and performance data in the company CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Essential:
• Electrical building services qualification.
• Strong computer literacy, especially in Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics, and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Proven experience in team management and interpersonal communication.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• Previous experience within the NHS.
• A strong commercial focus with P&L management experience.
