German speaking Customer Support Advisor
Location: South West London - Feltham area
Hybrid working with an early Friday finish
Salary: up to £29,500 depending on experience plus bonus and great benefits

Main duties: To assist and support customers with technical questions and problems while providing outstanding customer service
The role:
- respond to technical enquiries from distributors, resellers and end users via email, web chat, live chat and social media
- resolve any issues from customers within a dedicated time frame
- Keep up to date on products
... ensure all correspondence is recorded and kept up to date
- escalate customer issues as needed to the relevant departments
- attend regular staff meetings and provide reports as needed
The candidate:
- Fluent in German (written & spoken) essential
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service
- Knowledge of computer systems and networks beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (excel, outlook, CRM system)
The salary: up to £29,500 depending on experience plus great benefits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
