Learning Support Assistant role – Empower Young Minds!

Join us as a Learning Support Assistant at a welcoming and progressive Brent primary school, starting now.

This is your chance to make a real impact to children's lives, working alongside other passionate educators as a Learning Support Assistant.

As an LSA, you will be:
- Assisting with the delivery of interventions and monitoring the progress of children with SEND
- Supporting non-verbal children with Speech and Language activities
- Providing support for children who need help with communication, language and literacy
- Helping children to take part in learning effectively and safely
- Supporting pupils to help them regulate their emotions and behaviour
- Building a rapport with the students
- Delivering reading, spelling/phonics and Numicon programmes
- Able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm
