Here at PH Water & Air Technologies, we are seeking a Lead Pre-Commissioning Engineer to join our team based in the London/Southeast area. Our business is growing, and your expertise and experience in the very niche role of Commissioning Engineer will be utilized to the fullest. What we offer:

We are looking to offer a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer:

Key areas of responsibility:
• Perform pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework according to industry standards and regulations.
• Use a variety of chemicals, methodology, and equipment to remove debris, dirt, and contaminants from systems.
• Follow health and safety... guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others while maintaining health and safety procedures.
• Provide training to assistants and other team members as required while providing daily feedback and project updates.

Experience required for the role:
• Proven experience in pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to pre-commission cleaning.
• Valid SSSTS / CSCS, but if you don't possess this, please still apply if you think you have demonstrated experience.
• Valid driver’s license as you will need to travel to different sites.
