This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across all year groups, covering teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time, and to make a meaningful impact on the learning journey of each child.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various year groups (Reception to Year 6) following the school's curriculum.
• Support the school's positive and inclusive ethos, ensuring a supportive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to adapt lesson plans that meet the needs of all children.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and encourage positive social development.
• Provide constructive feedback on student progress... working closely with classroom teachers to ensure consistent learning goals.

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in primary education and familiarity with the UK national curriculum.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching to various age groups.
• Flexibility, resilience, and enthusiasm to work across multiple year groups.
• A commitment to promoting the well-being and academic development of all students.
