Early Years Nursery Manager
We are seeking a dedicated, qualified Early Years Nursery Manager to join our team at Bright Horizons Raynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool. Located just a 5-minute walk from Raynes Park train station, the nursery offers a stimulating environment for children, with spacious rooms and a fantastic outdoor garden.

Responsibilities:
• Lead nursery teams to deliver outstanding care
• Drive employee engagement and performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and... high quality pedagogy
• Work with HR to identify succession plans and develop a strong talent pool
• Engage with the Local Authority to support practice in all areas of the nursery
Requirements:
• Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Experience in an Early Years leadership role
• Confident decision maker with strong knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection
• Ability to build trust and relationships with colleagues, parents, and external partners
