About:
• British Premium Heritage Brand, steeped in history.
• Specialising in Menswear Tailoring and Accessories.

Role:
• Responsible for the delivery and roll-out of trainings and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Conduct needs assessments, evaluate outcomes and manage training path for all Stores.
• Conduct on-site coaching and accompany sales force in implementing their key learnings on-the-sales-floor.
• Champion training programs to create a positive and performance driven culture.
Requirements:
• Previous hands-on experience in training and development preferably in Tailoring / Luxury retail.
• Strong analysis needs, program development, facilitation and training delivery skills
• Possess a passion in fostering a learning culture and developing talents
• Excellent communication skills, client-centric and strong fashion sensibility.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft... Office (+ Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
What's on offer:
• Salary - up to £45,000 plus competitive bonus.

• Monday - Friday hybrid role based between Central London Head Office and Stores.
