As a Back of House team member, your primary role will be to carry out food preparation. Your skills in cooking will be integral to providing our customers with a great dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide a satisfying dining and take away experience for our customers.
· Food preparation, adhering to the Company’s recipes and presentation standards. Prepare and cook a variety of food items including Italian comfort food, pastas, risottos, breakfast dishes.
· Clean and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen, including the removal of dirty dishes and rubbish, and if required, operate washing equipment and clean services regularly.
· Open/close the restaurant, collaborate with other Team Members and generally contribute positively to the work environment.
Skills:
· Proven experience in food preparation and basic cooking.
· Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per... week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
• Chef: 1 year (preferred)
