Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. Duties and responsibilities related to the Commis Chef - Colleague Restaurant role
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes, ensuring they meet the high standards of the Colleague Restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
• Performing... tasks as directed by senior chefs, such as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, to help in meal preparation.
• Observing and participating in different sections of the kitchen to gain comprehensive knowledge.
About you
Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and support the kitchen team. Possess foundational knowledge of food preparation techniques and a commitment to following food safety and hygiene standards.
