Earnings for the Barista position start at £13 per hour, with an automatic guaranteed increase of £0.25/hour after 6 months, and two additional increases within 18 months.
As part of the Parlour team, you as a Barista will be responsible for ensuring our guests' experiences are prompt, helpful, and sincere. You will provide an amazing experience to our guests. You must be passionate about coffee and open to training in creating delicious and gorgeous cocktails. You should be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent, high-standard customer service with attention to detail... even under pressure.
Duties:
• Assist in preparing and serving a diverse range of beverages with precision and creativity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the bar team to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.
Adhere to sketch's high standards of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
For this Barista position, solid previous experience is essential. A passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn are a must.
Successful candidates will undertake an intensive training program to bring them up to speed with the way we do things. You will be required to learn and understand all our food and drink menus and get on board with the company culture on your way to becoming a Parlour superstar. We will help you every step of the way.
