Your Recipe For Success
As our Store Manager, you'll be the secret sauce in our retail recipe. You'll simmer a team of kitchen enthusiasts to perfection, ensuring every customer leaves with a trolley full of joy and the perfect kitchenware.
A Typical Day At Work
• Start by briefing your team on daily goals
• Help customers find the right products
• Train your team on products and customer service
• Look at sales data to find ways to improve
• End the day by preparing the store for tomorrow
Key Responsibilities
Daily activities:
• Whip up a high-performance team focused on... great customer service
• Cook up strategies to exceed sales targets
• Keep our kitchenware showroom spotless and inviting
• Hire, train, and inspire your team to be kitchenware experts
• Slice costs while maximising profits
• Implement company plans effectively
