Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Cake Shop Assistant to join our team in a bustling food production environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and ensuring high standards of food safety.

Duties:

- Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and quality standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and shop area.

- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines.

- Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries and rotating stock.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is desirable.

- Knowledge of culinary practices and basic cooking techniques.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
