• A thirst for learning and an ability to comprehend and apply what they know
• An excellent understanding and instinct to carry out best practice

It is preferable that you have at least one year's experience as a receptionist or concierge within a busy environment, have a passion for the entertainment industry and a strong understanding of what constitutes excellent customer service standards.

To work at the Hippodrome, you need to have fluent English language and good IT skills and be:
• Professional, positive and results focused
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure
• Forward thinking and continually looking for innovative ways to improve
• Must be Eighteen years or over
